This policy explains how PrintMyCheque operates and what users should verify. If you have a question about your account, contact our team without sharing passwords, OTPs or full bank-account numbers.
1. What we use
PrintMyCheque uses essential cookies and local browser storage needed for secure sign-in, session continuity, anti-forgery protection, theme choice and consent preferences. On public marketing pages only, you may separately allow Google Analytics to help us understand visits and improve the website.
2. Essential cookies
Authentication and security cookies are required for the service to work. They cannot be disabled inside PrintMyCheque, but you can remove them through browser settings; doing so will sign you out and may reset preferences.
3. Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics is not loaded until you select Allow analytics. When allowed, it measures activity on public marketing pages using the configured GA4 property. It is not loaded inside signed-in cheque, bank-account, billing or administration screens. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled by our configuration.
4. Local storage
Local storage may remember colour theme, consent choice, dismissed notices and temporary browser-only demo data. Public demo cheque values remain in the browser unless you choose to register or save information.
5. Managing browser data
Use Cookie preferences in the website footer to allow or withdraw optional analytics. Withdrawing consent stops Analytics after the page refreshes. You can also clear cookies and site storage in your browser. Essential session data will be recreated when you sign in; blocking all cookies may prevent authentication and secure forms from working.
