This policy explains how PrintMyCheque operates and what users should verify. If you have a question about your account, contact our team without sharing passwords, OTPs or full bank-account numbers.
1. Free trial
The free trial does not require a card and creates no subscription charge. Trial access ends when its time or cheque limit is reached.
2. Prepaid subscriptions
Paid plans are prepaid for the subscription period shown at checkout. Cancelling prevents a future renewal where auto-renewal is available; it does not normally shorten the already-paid access period.
3. Refund requests
Unless a different offer is shown at checkout, a first-subscription refund request may be submitted within seven calendar days of payment. Eligibility depends on service consumption, account activity, promotional terms and applicable law. Renewal, upgrade and heavily used subscription periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law or caused by a verified service failure.
4. Duplicate or incorrect charges
Verified duplicate captures, successful charges without activation, or amounts different from the confirmed checkout total will be investigated and corrected. Do not initiate repeated payments while a provider transaction is pending.
5. How to request
Contact support with the account email, invoice number, payment reference and reason. Never send card credentials, UPI PINs, OTPs or full bank-account details. Approved refunds are returned through the original provider where possible.
6. Processing time and credit notes
Provider and bank processing times apply after approval. A refund or adjustment may generate a credit note and will not alter the original immutable invoice.
7. Account access after cancellation
Cancellation does not delete your data. Access during expiry and grace periods follows the subscribed plan. Export important records before access becomes read-only or locked.
