This policy explains how PrintMyCheque operates and what users should verify. If you have a question about your account, contact our team without sharing passwords, OTPs or full bank-account numbers.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, accessing the service or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. You must be legally capable of entering a contract and authorised to act for the company or organisation you register.
2. What PrintMyCheque provides
PrintMyCheque provides software for preparing, previewing, approving, printing and tracking cheque-related records. It does not operate a bank account, transfer funds, issue cheques or guarantee that a bank will honour a cheque.
3. Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for every cheque and payment instruction created through the service.
- Verify the payee, amount, date, cheque number, account and printed alignment before signing or issuing a cheque.
- Keep login credentials, OTPs and devices secure; promptly remove access for former team members.
- Use only bank accounts, cheque leaves and company data you are authorised to use.
- Maintain original financial records and comply with applicable banking, tax and accounting requirements.
4. Accounts and team access
The workspace owner controls team invitations and roles. Actions performed by an authorised user are treated as actions of the subscriber. We may suspend access where account security, unlawful use, payment abuse or platform integrity is at risk.
5. Trials, subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are prepaid for the period shown at checkout. Trial and plan limits are enforced by the service. Taxes, discounts, renewal dates and the final payable amount are displayed before payment. Payment processing is handled by the configured payment provider, currently Paytm.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, browser, printer, bank-format or third-party provider changes may affect operation. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with an updated date.
7. Intellectual property
PrintMyCheque software, design and documentation belong to the service operator or its licensors. You retain ownership of your company, cheque and customer data. You may not resell, reverse engineer or misuse the service except where law expressly permits.
8. Limitation and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as a cheque-preparation tool. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect user entries, signed or altered cheques, printer alignment, insufficient funds, bank rejection, unauthorised workspace use or failure to follow the preview and verification steps.
9. Termination and governing terms
You may stop using the service at any time. Subscription cancellation and refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Data access after expiry follows the plan and retention terms. Applicable Indian law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the PrintMyCheque Contact page. Do not send passwords, OTPs or full bank account numbers.
