Manage billing and Paytm payments

Save GST billing details, review a quote and complete payment securely through Paytm.

The billing page separates company invoice information from payment processing. Card, UPI and bank credentials are handled by Paytm, not stored by PrintMyCheque.

Before you begin

Use sample or masked information while testing. Verify the physical output before issuing any cheque.

  1. 1
    STEP 1

    Save billing information

Open Billing & plan and add the legal name, address, state code, PIN and invoice email.

    • GSTIN and PAN are optional but validated when supplied.
    • Old invoices retain their original billing snapshot.
  2. 2
    STEP 2

    Choose a plan

Select an annual plan and review base price, discount, GST and total payable.

    • Apply a valid coupon if available.
    • Confirm the plan limits before continuing.
  3. 3
    STEP 3

    Complete Paytm checkout

Continue to Paytm and complete the selected payment method.

    • Do not refresh or reuse an old checkout form.
    • The server verifies the callback and webhook before activation.
  4. 4
    STEP 4

    Download the invoice

After successful activation, open invoice history and download the immutable PDF.

    • A correction should use a credit note rather than editing an issued invoice.

Final checklist

Confirm these items before you finish.

  • Legal billing name and address are correct
  • State code and GSTIN match where applicable
  • Price summary and GST are reviewed
  • Payment returns to the genuine application URL
  • Invoice total matches the charged amount
COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions about this guide

Why is Choose plan blank?

Confirm active paid plans exist and reload the billing page. If the problem continues, contact support with the page and time—never send payment credentials.

Where are production credentials stored?

Paytm credentials belong in protected server configuration. Merchant keys must never be placed in client-side JavaScript or committed to source control.
